讲座摘要： Prof. Wilkinson provides an overview of the educational system of Australia focussing in particular on the challenges and possibilities for educational leaders such as principals. She covers leadership preparation as well as the issues faced by principals in primary and secondary schools across a range of contexts - wealthy, inner suburban schools, rural and remote schools and those with high levels of poverty.
主讲嘉宾简介：
Jane Wilkinson is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership in the Faculty of Education, Monash University and Associate Dean, Graduate Research. In 2018, she will be lead editor (with Jeffrey S. Brooks)of the Journal of Educational Administration and History.Her main research and teaching interests are in the areas of educational leadership for social justice and practice theory (feminist, Bourdieuian and practical philosophy).
